The key to enjoying your time on the water is being comfortable and using less energy and a key element of this is a perfect fitting paddle. Advancements in paddle designs and increased options to improve fit can make understanding kayak paddles seem complicated. An instructional breakdown of low angle and high angle paddling styles, will give you a better understanding of what suits you and your goals in kayaking. With this new knowledge, we can now start to customize your fit options and get you in the water having more fun. Join Danny Mongno, kayak instructor from Werner Paddles, and learn how to analyze your stroke, work on proper technique and make sure you are using the proper paddle design. This is an interactive dry land instructional seminar, so bring an open mind and get ready to have fun.

On going demos throughout the day at the Car Rack Area (See Handout Map) with Thule and Yakima Reps. Have your questions ready.
